Kellan Lutz Shares the Recipe for a Perfect Date

Giving a girl flower, taking her to a picnic by candlelight, and watching the sun goes down are parts of having a perfect date.

Though recently insisting he is "very much single", Kellan Lutz sure knows how to have a perfect date. The film hunk has shared with Twist Magazine he once had a perfect date with an ex-girlfriend that included flowers and candlelight picnic.

"I took my ex-girlfriend to this little island in California called Catalina once. I had a buddy of mine go there earlier that day and lay rose petals down on this beautiful hillside, so when we got there it was waiting for us," he recalls. "We had a picnic by candlelight and watched the sun go down. It was nice!"

Kellan Lutz recently told Ryan Seacrest in an interview for Ryan's KIIS-FM radio show that he and AnnaLynne McCord have never been dating partners. He stated, "I've known her for six years, and we met again on the set [of '90210'], but we shot Abercrombie [catalogs] way back in the day."

He, furthermore, insisted that he is "very much single," adding, "I don't really think about who I want to date. I kind of fall into situations, and then I'm like 'Oh, I'm dating you now'." Prior to the radio interview, however, Lutz and McCord were caught on camera sharing a passionate kiss on a street during a casual outing.

Susan Boyle Tops U.K. Albums Chart, May Beat Eminem's Best Selling Record

Coming out as this week's champ on U.K. Albums chart, Susan Boyle's 'I Dreamed a Dream' is predicted to break Eminem's 'Relapse' best-selling record.

Susan Boyle may finish at the second place on this year's "Britain's Got Talent", but she has a sweet revenge by ruling U.K. Albums chart with her debut album "I Dreamed a Dream". According to Official Charts Company, the studio project has sold more than 410,000 copies across the country since being released on November 23, making it the fastest-selling album so far this year and becoming the largest first-week sales for a debut album in U.K. chart history.

"Everyone expected this to be a big record, but not as big as this," said Martin Talbot, managing director of the Official Charts Company when commenting on the impressive selling number. "Britain's Got Talent" judge Simon Cowell additionally said, "She did it her way and made a dream come true. In 'Britain's Got Talent' she opened her mouth and the world fell in love with her, which is why her album has been the fastest selling of any woman making her debut." Susan herself only issued a short statement stating, "It's fantastic."

Susan Boyle's reign is predicted to extend to Billboard Hot 200 as "I Dreamed a Dream" is estimated to pull in around 625,000 - 675,000 copies across United States. It means that she has a chance to surpass Eminem's best-selling record with "Relapse" which garnered 608,000 units in its first week on sale.

Speculated to take the runner-up position on the U.S. albums chart, meanwhile, is another reality TV show star Adam Lambert who coincidentally also finished at the second spot, on "American Idol" season 8. His major-label album "For Your Entertainment" is predicted to sell between 210,000 - 230,000 copies.

'Predators' to Go in Different Direction With Adrien Brody

Though the film goes in a very different direction with the cast, the reboot of the sci-fi franchise will maintain some parts of the original movies, such as the monster.

In October, it was announced that Adrien Brody is among the cast for "Predators". Recently, director Nimrod Antal sat down with Coming Soon to talk about the upcoming extraterrestrial thriller film as well as the reason in choosing the Academy Award-winning actor instead of a big guy like Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was the lead actor in the original movie series.

"I think when we cast Adrien, there were a lot of people going, 'What?' but at the same time, if we cast a Vin Diesel in that role or if we cast anyone who is Arnold-esque, we would have been attacked for doing that," Nimrod claimed. "So we decided early on to go in a very different direction as far as the casting process, but it turned out fantastic."

"He plays a mercenary in the film and if you look at the guys in Iraq and Afghanistan today, they're not 'yolked-out' Schwarzenegger-looking guys," the helmer later explained about Adrien's character. "They're all very wiry and thin guys, and I think it's going to play well."

Though the cast will be different from the original ones, Nimrod has revealed the new "Predators" will maintain some parts of the original movies. "...we are trying to stay with the original as far as the monster and the atmosphere and the tone of the film, but we are trying to do something new and contemporary and feels fresh," the man behind "Vacancy" explained.

As for the possibility of seeing Arnold in the upcoming film, Nimrod refused to confirm or deny it and just coyly said, "Time will tell. We'll see..." However, he did confirm that the film is shot to be an R-rated movie.

Joining Adrien Brody in the cast ensemble are Danny Trejo, Alice Braga, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Walton Goggins, UFC fighter Oleg Taktarov, and Topher Grace. Produced by Robert Rodriguez along with Elizabeth Avellan, the 20th Century Fox's reboot of the sci-fi franchise targets a July 9, 2010 U.S. release. The story will follow a group of elite warrior-types who are being hunted by members of a race of merciless alien trackers called Predators.

Promo Pics of 'Glee' Fall Finale

The members of the club are busy choreographing for the sectionals which they may or may not win.

The end of "Glee" this year will be marked with the club going to sectionals. Photos from the Fall season finale have been released to reveal the team's effort to win the competition. In one picture, Kurt, Puck and Jacob are seen sitting together to discuss a strategy.

Sectionals is finally here for the Glee Club, but when Quinn's secret unravels, the club may not be able to recover in time to compete. Meanwhile, Sue's scheming hits an all-time high, and with Emma and Ken's marriage looming, Will makes a decision that could change his life forever.

Matthew Morrison aka Will said in an interview with TV Guide, "The last episode is called 'Sectionals.' It's the best episode. It's the kids performing and not particularly winning maybe. Or if they do win, we have to start dealing with their celebrity; them at school thinking they're too hot because they won sectionals. We have regionals after sectionals, so we have a long way to go."

After the December 9 episode, "Glee" will be taking a long hiatus to come back with new episodes starting April 13.

'The Blind Side' Beats 'New Moon' on Thanksgiving

Though the 'Twilight' sequel lost its crown to the Sandra Bullock's drama film during the holiday, it is expected to power back to the top spot on box office throughout the weekend.

The 20th Century Fox has at least one good reason to be thankful during Thanksgiving. Its film "The Blind Side" topped the holiday box office with $9.5 million, Variety reported. Industry estimates, however, expect this "Twilight" sequel to return to the first place throughout the weekend.

Securing the third place during Thanksgiving was Warner Bros.' "Ninja Assassin", which has just been released on Wednesday, November 25, by pulling in $4.6 million. Walt Disney's PG comedy "Old Dogs" starring John Travolta and Robin Williams took fourth with $4.1 million.

Rounding up the top five was Sony Pictures' "2012 (2009)" with an estimated $4.0 million. Overall, the top ten films on Thanksgiving grossed an estimated $39.4 million, a 20% gain over the holiday's tally last year.

Rihanna Says the Leak of Her Nude Pics Humiliating and Embarrassing

However, at the same time the Barbados-born singer says she "feels bad" for any man who doesn't get sent naked photos of his girlfriend.

Staying completely mum on the leak of her nude pics just months after she was assaulted by then-boyfriend Chris Brown, Rihanna finally addresses the matter, claiming the incident was "humiliating and embarrassing"."I just felt like my whole privacy was taken before that and then, when that came out, I thought, 'oh great, so now there's nothing they don't know about me and my private life'," she told U.S. radio station Hot 97 in an interview.

Making the matter worse, it took place just two days before Mother's Day which then made her feeling nervous of her mother's reaction. "I sent her flowers first before I called and then she texted me," recalled the "Umbrella" hit maker. Fortunately, her mother had positive attitude toward the photos and gave her support to get through it. "When the world is against me she's always there supporting," she gushed.

Tackling the negative effects the racy pics have cost her, Rihanna in fact has learned her lesson. She, moreover, told Hot 97 she "feels bad" for any man who doesn't get sent naked photos of his girlfriend, claiming "If you don't send your boyfriend naked pictures, then I feel bad for him."

A total of eight highly explicit photos of Rihanna were leaked in early may this year, three months after he was battered by Chris Brown during a heated altercation in a car. The photos reportedly were taken in the bathroom and bedroom of a hotel in Hollywood where the now-former-lovers had been staying. In addition to featuring Rihanna exposing her bottom and breasts, one of the shots showed Chris with pink panties on his head.

Britney Spears, there's an app for that

By Ami Angelowicz, The Frisky

(TheFrisky.com) -- Because celebrities haven't taken over every millimeter of your existence quite yet, some intrepid folks of note are coming to an iPhone near you.

That's right, having your favorite celeb at your fingertips 24/7 is the wave of the future. Last week, Britney Spears joined the trend, launching her very own iPhone app, "It's Britney!" For the modest cost of $1.99, you can easily get messages, news, photos, and Twitter updates from Brit. There is even a sparkler feature, so when you go to her next show you can hold up your phone instead of a lighter.

The best feature though, in my opinion, is the Shake Shake Shake option, which makes your phone yell, "It's Britney, bi**h!" every time you shake your phone. All in all, this sounds like ... a big waste of two dollars.

Push Shaq: For $1, you will receive an instant notification whenever Shaquille O'Neal updates his Twitter account. I'm wondering how that is different from checking his Twitter page obsessively for free? I call foul on this app.

Hammer Time: Everyone ... it's Hammer Time! For 99 cents, you can keep tabs on has-been MC Hammer. The latest from Hammer? His comeback tour with Vanilla Ice was canceled for the second time. I think I might purchase this one just because no one else will.

The Frisky: Melissa Etheridge says new mammogram guidelines are phooey

The Chad Ochocinco Experience: For all of you football fans out there, you may want to purchase the Chad Ochocinco Experience for $2.99. You get whereabouts, stats, photos and sound bytes from one of the NFL's most colorful characters. You can also ask the man himself for advice through a "What Would Ocho Do?" feature. I'm not into football, but this app sounds like it could be fun.

The Frisky: Hints of Chris Brown on Rihanna's "Rated R" album

Coldplay "Strawberry Swing": Okay ... this is my kind of app. Free and fun. This app features the new video for "Strawberry Swing" off the "Viva La Vida" album, all of the band's previous videos, and a "Strawberry Swing" video game where you can help Chris Martin rescue a princess from flying squirrels. Yes, please!

Happy 50th birthday, 'Rocky & Bullwinkle'

By Katie McLaughlin, CNN
Even at 50 years old, Rocky & Bullwinkle are still busy: An animated Dreamworks feature film is in development.

(CNN) -- Fifty years ago, Jay Ward's animated moose and squirrel duo, "Rocky & Bullwinkle," debuted on ABC, forever changing the way the world looked at animated television.

His daughter, Tiffany Ward, continues her father's legacy as executive producer of the feature films "The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, "Dudley Do-Right" and "George of the Jungle," and Cartoon Network's (sister channel to CNN) new "George of the Jungle" animated TV series.

"My dad was a true eccentric," Ward said. "His studio was a wonderland for me. It had a soda fountain, ice cream sundaes, a snow cone machine, a popcorn maker and candy bars everywhere."

Tiffany Ward grew up in Berkeley, California, and didn't move to Hollywood until 1959 at age 13 when her dad set up his television studio.

"Dad was always doing fun things," Ward said, recalling a 1961 Sunset Boulevard block party her father hosted to promote "The Bullwinkle Show." The show was originally named "Rocky and his Friends," but was renamed "The Bullwinkle Show" when the program went from ABC to NBC.

Ward was a one-man public relations machine, churning out first-rate promos in the days before PR companies were entrenched in the system.

In another promotional stunt, Jay Ward tried to buy an island between Minnesota and Canada that he named Moosylvania (he leased it instead). In efforts to have Moosylvania made into the 51st state, Ward traveled cross-country by bus, collecting signatures along the way.

When Ward reached the White House gates, he asked to speak to President John F. Kennedy about statehood for Moosylvania, but guards brusquely turned him away. As it turned out, Kennedy was dealing with the Cuban Missile Crisis on that exact day.

Jay Ward did not have a favorite character, his daughter said, because to him it would have been like selecting a favorite child (Incidentally, Ward had three kids). Of all the characters he created, Ward didn't have a favorite per se, but Tiffany Ward does recall his partiality to Dudley Do-Right, the slow but well-meaning Canadian Mountie.

When asked about "Rocky & Bullwinkle's" everlasting appeal, Ward said she thinks it struck such a chord and remains popular today because her father never wrote for children, he wrote for adults. Jay Ward wanted kids to enjoy the pictures while grown-ups laughed at the quick wit and inside jokes.

In one episode, Rocky and Bullwinkle are propelled to the moon when their oven explodes while the pair are following Bullwinkle's grandmother's recipe for mooseberry fudge cake. Fun for kids for obvious reasons, but adults certainly got a chuckle when the moose griped about still having to make payments on the oven.

Bullwinkle also mentions having graduated from MIT -- the Moose Institute of Toe-Dancing, that is. Furthermore, Mr. Peabody the dog, a Harvard graduate, lives in a Manhattan penthouse, practices yoga and has an adopted son, because as he puts it: "Every dog should have a boy." Peabody chooses an orphan because he "always roots for the underboy." It's these little jokes that set the show apart from typical children's programming of its time.

Today those jokes may not have us rolling on the floor laughing (or ROTFL, as the kids say), but they were the 1960s equivalent of Stewie's reaction to being rejected by "American Idol" on "Family Guy."

The 50th anniversary of "Rocky and Bullwinkle" also means that spy duo Boris & Natasha, Mr. Peabody & Sherman and the Fractured Fairytales are celebrating birthdays as well.

Fractured Fairytales offered a skewed take on traditional children's stories. The moral was the same, but modern, funny dialogue was tossed in with slapstick humor. Rapunzel, for example, visits a barber shop and laments about having "no future."

"Incredible writing is the reason the show resonates to this day," Ward said.

Today, cartoons are more popular than ever. There are cable networks devoted to animation, and it is commonplace for cartoons to be written specifically for adults. Fox's Sunday night animation domination block featuring "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy" comes to mind. "Rocky & Bullwinkle" was among the first animated series to hit prime time television.

Matt Groening even paid special homage to Jay Ward when he created "The Simpsons" by giving Bart, Homer and Grandpa Simpson the middle initial "J," as in Rocky's full name: Rocket J. Squirrel.

Tiffany Ward said she is thrilled there's such a wide array of animation available to viewers today, especially since in her father's era it was difficult to even get airtime for the genre. New projects are always coming the duo's way, and an animated Dreamworks feature film is in development.

Two Go Home, Top 10 of 'SYTYCD' Revealed

Karen Hauer and Victor Smalley who were partnered this week had to walk away with no 'So You Think You Can Dance' trophy in hand.

The Top 12 of "So You Think You Can Dance" season 6 have been wilted down to mere 10. Married ballroom dancer couple Ashleigh Di Lello and Ryan Di Lello are through to the next round but Karen Hauer and Victor Smalley have to stop their journey on the show.

During the deliberation, Karen and Victor were joined in the bottom three by Mollee and Nathan; and Ellenore and Ryan. All six of them had to dance for their lives if they wanted to stay in the competition. Karen was criticized for looking like she has surrendered and thus was the first to be eliminated. On the other hand, Victor delivered an energetic piece but it was not enough to convince the judges to keep him.

The Top 10 apart from the Di Lellos are thus Russell Ferguson, Mollee Gray, Jakob Karr, Noelle Marsh, Kathryn McCormick, Jonathan "Legacy" Perez, Ellenore Scott and Nathan Trasoras. Now that only 10 dancers remain, partners are randomly assigned each week and judges will no longer have the voice in who should go home. Viewers will have the right to vote for their favorites.

Adam Lambert Explains AMAs Middle Finger Gesture

Adam Lambert says the middle finger he gestured to the audience of American Music Awards was meant for the people who criticize him.

Adam Lambert recently talked about whom he meant to flip off during his November 22 performance at American Music Awards. "Literally, as I did it, I went, 'Oh God, what am I doing?' " he told MTV. "I was out of body. You know, the finger was to the people that have been criticizing me."

"The finger was to the people who doubt me. The finger was to the people that were about to censor me. The finger was not to fans or people who support me at all, by any means," Adam explained further. "The finger was to Out magazine's editor who wailed into me, people like that." In his last statement, he referred to Aaron Hicklin who accused him of downplaying his sexuality.

In addition to gesturing audience with his middle finger, Adam Lambert also kissed his male keyboardist when closing AMAs over the weekend. "He [the keyboardist] did not know! No - during rehearsal I grabbed him by the hair and kind of just looked at him," Adam said. "He's straight, but not married. He's single. I guess he didn't mind getting kissed in the name of entertainment."

During his interview with Ryan Seacrest meanwhile, Adam Lambert said he doesn't owe apology to anyone. "I'm not a babysitter, I'm a performer," he stated. "I performed, it was late-night TV, I did something that female performers have been doing for years, no different. It's just the fact that I'm me and it's a little different for people. It's really not that big of a deal."

On another interview, this time with New York's Z100 radio station, Adam raved, "I wasn't nervous. I had so much adrenaline, it did get the best of me in moments, and then in other moments, it fired me up. My favorite thing about performing is the impromptu aspect of it. If you rehearse every step and every move, it's boring. It's not raw. When you see a performer up there who just goes with it, it's more interesting."

Donny Osmond Wins 'Dancing with the Stars' Season 9

The new champion of "Dancing with the Stars" who takes over the disco ball trophy from last season's winner Shawn Johnson is Donny Osmond. The so-called "showbiz legend" surpassed judges' expectation and beat her sister Marie Osmond who finished third in the fifth season. This is also the first win for Donny's partner Kym Johnson.

Donny actually came second on Monday, November 23 performance night with a total score of 85 out of 90. Mya was the one on the lead with 87 out of 90, but Donny has proven himself that he has a throng of fans that kept voting for him and Kym during the entire season. Mya thus finished second followed by Kelly Osbourne.

Before the winner deliberation, each of the three finalists had to reprise their favorite dance of the season. Donny reprised his Argentine Tango and the judges thought that it was a 100 percent performance, totally believable and artistic.

Filler of the two-hour finale were performances by Tom DeLay who has recovered from his injury and the other fallen celebrities this season. Whitney Houston was the musical guest who sang "I Wanna Dance With Somebody".

Kat Dennings Among Cast for 'Thor'

Spilling the news is the depicter of Thor's first love Jane Foster, Natalie Portman, when expressing her excitement to work with Kat Dennings in the upcoming action fantasy movie.

Following several actors who have been previously confirmed to join "Thor", Kat Dennings also has a part in the film. The news was first spilled by the film's star Natalie Portman when she was interviewed by MTV Splash Page. "Well I'm really excited. Kat Dennings is going to be in it with me and she's a good friend and an amazing actress, so I'm looking forward to that," the depicter of Thor's first love Jane Foster said.

Dennings' inclusion in the cast ensemble for the film was later confirmed by The Hollywood Reporter. However, there has been no word on what character that will be played by the 23-year-old beauty as the site claimed Marvel Studio keeps a closed lid on her role.

Dennings is perhaps best known for her role as Norah Silverberg in "Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist", which aided her to receive nomination as Breakthrough Performance Female at 2009 MTV Movie Awards. She previously also appeared in 2006 film "Big Momma's House 2" starring Martin Lawrence. She can next be seen in superhero film "Defendor", which is slated for a 2009 release.

Prior to Kat Dennings, "Queen of the Damned" star Stuart Townsend, "King Arthur" star Ray Stevenson, and Japanese actor Tadanobu Asano have been tapped to be The Warriors Three, which is made up of Fandral, Hogun, and Volstagg. Joining the trio is "The Office" actor Idris Elba, who is set to portray Heimdell, the Guardian of Asgard in the upcoming adventure film.

Adapted from Marvel comics, "Thor" is an epic adventure that spans the Marvel Universe from present day Earth to the realm of Asgard. The story centers on Chris Hemsworth's Thor, a powerful but arrogant warrior, who is cast down to Earth and forced to live among humans after his reckless actions reignite an ancient war. He later learns what it takes to be a true hero when the most dangerous villain of his world sends the darkest forces of Asgard to invade Earth. Paramount Pictures eyes a May 20, 2011 release date for the film.

Video Premiere: Paramore's 'Brick by Boring Brick'

Paramore take fans to the fantasy world in the 'Brick by Boring Brick' music video directed by Meiert Avis.

Paramore's "Brick by Boring Brick" music video has been debuted in full. Directed by Meiert Avis, it follows a little girl as she is wandering in the fairy tale world. "Josh [Farro] and I are on the outside, in the real world, and you'll see he's a gravedigger. And I'm more like the storyteller. I'm narrating what's going on," frontwoman Hayley Williams said of the concept to MTV.

"Brick by Boring Brick" comes from Paramore's third studio installment "Brand New Eyes". On what the song is all about, Hayley said, "[It] is about not accepting reality and understanding that you don't have to make everything frilly or pretty-sounding for it to be interesting. Life doesn't have to be some grand production, and some of the boring parts of being alive are actually the greatest. The song is about breaking down those walls and finding out that the centre of it is what really matters."

Recently, Paramore have been nominated as one of the contenders for Favorite Rock Band at 2010 People's Choice Awards. They are facing off DAUGHTRY, Green Day, Kings of Leon and Muse.

Kim Kardashian Shares Her Thanksgiving Tradition

"Every Thanksgiving, I spend it in New Orleans with Reggie [Bush], and then I cook," says the reality TV star.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Kim Kardashian is more than ready to welcome the day, sharing with OK! Magazine her routines on the yearly celebration. "Every Thanksgiving, I spend it in New Orleans with Reggie [Bush], and then I cook," she revealed during the eBay Holiday Store opening held in N.Y.C. this week.

Besides, Kim usually has a pre-holiday dinner with her family, in preparation of which she recently went to the grocery store to pick up a pumpkin pie and turkey for a feast at her mother Kris Jenner's house. "I don't cook the turkey, so my mom was doing that," she stated. "Every kid has a different responsibility of what they have to go get my mom if she's going to cook, so she doesn't have to do all the legwork."

On the same occasion, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also shared with OK! Magazine some shopping tips in anticipation of the much awaited Black Friday, which comes a day after Thanksgiving. She said that in addition to selling her stuff on eBay, she usually buys things on it. "I started off buying - not always selling - and I realized if everyone else is selling this great stuff, why can't I?" she enthused. "It's so many great items, so many things I want to get rid of." A percentage of the proceeds received from the selling of Kim's goodies will be used to benefit the Dream Foundation.
