The 37-year-old rapper reportedly will take on multiple roles in the movie described by the site as "The Twilight Zone" meets "Creepshow", in addition to producing it. Should the rumors contain any truth, it will be the first time he stars in a movie after he impressed many with his performance as Jimmy "B-Rabbit" Smith, Jr. in 2002's "8 Mile".
"Shady Talez" is being co-written by "The Last Dragon" scribe Dallas Jackson and "Underworld" creator Kevin Grevioux. Jackson will also produce the movie along with Eminem and John Davis. The movie is said to being turned into a four-issue comic book series due out in 2010 under the Marvel Icons imprint with Jackson and Grevioux writing.
Garnering popularity from his debut album "The Slim Shady LP", Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Bruce Mathers III, made his acting debut with the semi-autobiographical "8 Mile". He received a number of kudos, including Best Breakthrough Male Performance, from MTV Movie Award and Teen Choice Award for his performance in the film.
